The University club 402
Seko Universitetsklubben 402 is the club within Uppsala University.
Our members are primarily in the University's so-called support functions, but everyone is welcome.
We represent our members in all committees/boards where it is important that we stay informed and can make our voice heard if necessary.
An important part is of course to monitor compliance with the collective agreement. Local agreements, regular wage negotiations, work environment and insurance cover.
All members are also offered individual help of various kinds if problems arise, such as occupational injuries, recreational injuries, problems at work, help with our collective insurance policies, etc.
Activity
Seko's activities emerge from discussions at the workplace. It is the members' needs and priorities that guide Seko's work.
As a member, you elect your representatives in the club. With the collective agreement as a basis, Seko safeguards your interests in matters concerning your work, your work environment, your salary and your opportunities in the workplace.
